Terms & Conditions

Samples:  We will ship one unit as per request, however, if used as samples, they are non returnable.

Shipping Guarantees:Shipments to hotels, hospitals, colleges and other institutions are guaranteed to arrive at the specific address provided; they are not guaranteed to reach specific individuals within such institutions.  Please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced, failure of the institution’s staff to deliver the gift to the guest/recipient, or gift arriving after guest has checked out.  Any goods that arrive from the carrier damaged to these institutions, should be indicated by its Receiving Dept.  We take no responsibility if damaged goods are not reported to carrier upon delivery. Claims for late delivery will not be honored when packages are tendered for transportation during the 14 calendar days before Christmas.  Claims for late delivery must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the ship date.

Shipping Damage:  Once a shipping carrier leaves our facility, they become responsible for the freight.  In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to that carrier.  Please inspect your shipments upon arrival.  Note any damages on the shipping papers before signing the receipt acknowledgement.  Save all packaging materials and call us to arrange for credit or replacement of the damaged product. 

Reporting Claims:  All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Returns/Misrouted Packages:  Orders returned or misrouted due to errors on our part will receive a full credit.  Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect address information provided will not be honored.  Further, we will charge for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding or call tag charges billed to us by the shipping carrier. Returned gift designs will not be reshipped. If a replacement needs to be sent, a new gift arrangement will be sent at the same price plus regular shipping charges.

Substitutions:  We. reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value depending upon availability and season.  Substitutions for chocolate are made May through October.

Please keep in mind that from November 1 through December 31st, we try to keep an inventory to fill all orders based on projections from the previous year.  If stock is depleted by a certain date during our peak period, we will do out best to substitute to meet the demand.  However, if all stock is depleted, clients will have to choose another style design.
